A:AnswerI have not noticed anything about fingerprints or resistance, but I can tell you that it seems durable. Sorry i cant tell you more, but there was no other answer and I want to help. I will be giving a review about this tonight.
A:Answeri would assume pressure regulator is required to be safe. if it is not supplied, where could we buy a compatible one? is there any recommendation?
A:AnswerIt does not have the option for a downdraft, you can just use a hood on top even if you don't have ventilation on top you can use a recirculating Hood that's what I use. Works great!
A:AnswerYou need 120V and to be honest I don’t know if I needed it because I had it installed by Best Buy. I remember seeing a few things that came with it in the box and I want to say that the cable was included. But Best Buy should be able to answer your question and if they don’t know they should be able to contact the manufacturer for you.
A:AnswerYes, and it comes with a propane oriface (in the parts bag) which needs to be used rather than the natural gas oriface which is installed at the factory.
A:AnswerMine was close to the wall as well. I was afraid I would have to remove the wifi add on, but it all fit. The wifi is actually useless, so if you need to remove it you won't miss anything. There is a plug to fill the hole.
A:AnswerYes, there is a bluetooth "tab" that sits on the counter at the rear right. It's about 1-1/2" wide and 1" depth so allowance needs to be a consideration with a backsplash.
A:AnswerIt has connectivity with a specific model of Samsung range hood. It will automatically control the range hood in some way. The installer had never seen both installed together. IIRC, it uses Bluetooth.
A:AnswerHere is a helpful link to the user manual starting on page 19 (https://bit.ly/2znkpdD) to support your concerns on maintaining the cooktop. Thank you for being a part of the Samsung family! ^Lena
A:AnswerThis is not a downdraft cooktop. You will have to vent it some other way. I took out my microwave a d installed a rangenhiod and I have to install a vent pipe to the outside. Best thing I ever did because I am not a big fan of downdrafts. My house does not smell like dinner any more because of the range hool.
