A:Answeryou might be able to reset by unplugging and plugging back in after 5 minutes. if that does not work you might have a dead control panel or a defective touch pad. these are very expensive repairs un less you can diy.

A:AnswerOur ignitor on the eyes works good. We haven't had the stove very long. But have not had any problems with it. The only issue we had was with delivery. Twice the stove was bent all the way to the bottom in the back. The third one was finally ok. I not sure why the two was bent the same way.
