• Hi KellyC! We've made it even easier than that for you. This model offers separate buttons on the control panel for standard bake and convection bake. So all you'll need to do is select whichever option you wish to use each time you use the oven. ^Jecca

• Mine has 2 bake settings . One with the fan on and one without.
