No, that range is not compatible with this hood. I have spoken at length with Samsung support, and this model (I have the same but electric model NE58K9850WS) cannot pair with the hood. Per Samsung support, there are no range models compatible, and "The Cooktops which can be connected to the Hood (NK30K7000WS) via Bluetooth are- NA30K7750TG, NZ30K7570RG and NZ30K7880UG." I see it's been a while since you asked, but perhaps this information will be helpful for someone else.
