what does it take to wire this unit up? null

Induction units like this need a stronger power supply than most other stove top types. This model needs a minimum 40Amp supply, so you'll need at least number 8 wires (two leads plus ground -8/2 with g) from your breaker panel to the unit, and at least a 40 Amp breaker. I pulled 6/2 wg 50A for mine, but I'm an engineer and we often overdo things...
