• SORRY TO SAY NETFLIX AND OTHER PROGRAMS LIKE IT ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY LOADED ON THIS TV. YOU CAN DO A USB CABLE TO YOUR PC AND GET IT THAT WAY. HOPE THIS ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION.

• No. It is not a Smart TV. It is HD ready and connects PS4 easily. Look for the word SMART and then it will come loaded with the software.
