• I wondered this, as well. I'm assuming they are grommets used for mounting this TV to a wall.

• They're for wall mounting. Place them on the tv then put the mount bracket on.

• They are spacers. They are to be used if you are mounting the tv on the wall.

• They are probably the feet for the base
