• We didn't care or really tell much difference between the 720 and the 1080. Audio is quite good for what it is. We bought the 5205.

• We just purchased both. About the same sound quality. 32" maybe a little better but that one is in a credenza so we get a little reverb and the 28" hangs on a wall in our work out room so it doesn't get that boost. I would say that either one is sufficient.
