“Netflix not compatible according to Samsung Samsung technical support says that this TV does not support Netflix and this is basic Led TV. Does this TV supports Netflix? Is it netflix app compatible? If it is compatible and not already installed, how we gonna install it? Technical support said that we cannot upload netflix without blueray player etc.”

• Netflix is preloaded, as well as amazon, but streaming is horrible. I returned mine because of this.
