Q: QuestionI want to mirror from my samsung phone, maybe a laptop. My phone is hotspot. no WI-FI. Can i use this item to cast to watch movies/surf net with hotspot thru phone or do I need Wi-Fi? I do have HDMI cable and Wi-Fi HDMI Screen Mirroring Device.
