• I don’t have spectrum but I did try to search it, I did not see the app. I would call spectrum. With my cable company, their app only works on roku devices

• You can down load the spectrum app you just have to type it into the search bar all Samsung’s can down load the spectrum app only Samsung Roku also and Apple TV they all can down load the spectrum app

• All Samsung tv ‘s that are smart tv ‘s can download the spectrum app I have Samsung 32” and it’s a smart tv mine don’t have Bluetooth so you may want to get one with blue tooth so he can ware headphones. But yes this has spectrum app just have to go into apps and do search
