“I have no Wi-Fi currently so I want to cast from my Samsung phone to my tv like I use to do useing chrome cast. Which I can't use without Wi-Fi. So, if you could tell me which tv's I can do this with I'll be on my way to your store asap”

You are going to have to have some type of Wifi. Or you can use a good decent HDTV antenna
