It's unfortunately been a terrible experience with Best Buy, Their structure between Store, Magnolia Theater, and In-Home Consultants (who was suggested and scheduled through them) led to a lot of finger pointing and us ,as customers, in the middle. We spent over $5300 on TVs that still do not work as promised and we remains hopeful still can be rectified and we get what we paid for; hence why we cannot answer this question as this still does not work correctly so don't know if it is TVs or Aps.
