• Yes, a roku stick can used as long as it is HDMI equipped. You won't able to view the tv rom your cellphone but you can do the opposite and send anything on your cellphone to the TV via a miracast like wireless connection. Your phone just has to have the capability and the screen mirror or similar app downloaded to it.
