- Answer yes. connect the soundbar to either the ARC hdmi or optic on rear of tv. Some cheaper sound bars don't have an hdmi port so you would go optic. If you can afford it get the samsung s50b, It comes with an hdmi cord.

QuestionThe remote control often does not respond when the buttons are depressed. I have the tv connected to my computer and it is hard to get it to connect. I don't want to pay to use the phone remote that Samsung has. What are my other options?

- Answer I have my hooked up to use xfinity remote. I did so through the TV using Settings, remote settings. Now I only use xfinity remote.
