- Answer It may be. But be aware of the TV's shortcomings. The streaming is erratic. Although it gets the streaming service, the performance is erratic. I see ESPN but no guarantees.

- Answer Yes! you can download the spectrum app and sign in. The only thing is it’s only live TV, you can’t pause or any of that ONLY live tv :)
