- Answer Yes. However, you’ll need a traditional antenna and will only be able to receive the “over the air channels.” You will lose all smart TV features by not having internet.

- Answer No but if you have an Android, it’s the video app that you need to be aware of. Ie if you download youtubetv, STARZ or Netflix, you can cast off your Android to your Samsung tv

- Answer 2 HDMI, 1 composite video Input (AV -RCA) 1 Digital Optical output, 1 USB, 1 Ethernet (LAN) No DB-15. At this point in time you are going to have a very hard time finding a HDTV with a DB-15. It is time to update and buy a new computer!
