• I'm not sure about the model numbers, but when I purchased my TV in my nearest Best Buy store, the salesperson demonstrated the picture quality as compared to other Samsung TVs. Planning to keep my TV for many years, I thought it was worthwhile to buy a more expensive model on the assumption that the higher price would be amortized over the years of service.
