A:AnswerHi there,
We genuinely care for the refrigerator's betterment. Let's help you and get this resolved.
Yes, this fridge model works manually without the use of the SmartThings app.
The refrigerator should always be plugged into its own individual electrical outlet, which has a voltage rating that matches the voltage listed on the refrigerator's rating plate. This provides the best performance and also prevents overloading of house wiring circuits, which could overheat the wires and cause a fire hazard.
Here's the link to get the diagnosis of the refrigerator lights not working correctly.

For added reference, I have shared the manual to learn more about the SmartThings app function. Please read pages 37-38 for more details.

A:AnswerWith space for the plug mine sits exactly at 29" at the top but 30" at the bottom from the wall. The top of the refrigerator is slightly angled to the back for what I assume is drainage.
A:AnswerYes, that's exactly what I do. I disabled the Icemaker and removed the ice bin. Something to note, the ice making mechanism protrudes into that section of the freezer when the door is closed. So you don't get the full depth of that area.
A:AnswerHi Lyn,
Samsung increased the ferrous material in the stainless steel panels to make them magnetic. The magnetic models and those that are not, however, are not recorded in any way.
The best way to learn is to ask a nearby business, like BestBuy if they can attach a magnet on the door. You might also call them and ask one of the representatives if they can attempt to avoid sending you in for a visit.
Have a great day.

A:AnswerSince I did not have the ice maker connected, I cannot answer your question without further research. Sorry, but I think the sales personnel at the BestBuy Store should be able to find out for you.
