Yes. But if you mean a going from VGA on your computer to HDMI on the monitor, you must use a VGA-to-HDMI adapter, which is different from an HDMI-to-VGA adapter. The VGA-to--HDMI adapter comes with a USB plug in for power needed to perform the conversion.
