• Yes, it will take any HDMi or Display Port feed. It does not care what is hooked up so long as it has matching ports.

• PS4 has HDMI, this monitor has HDMI so yes you can run your PS4 through this monitor but you will need external speakers. Use HDMI port 2 on the monitor for 4K/UHD/HDR output from your PS4 (if you have a pro version.) Not sure what you're asking about wit the laptop. The PS4 HDMI port can plug directly into this monitor's HDMI port .
