Yes, it will take any HDMi or Display Port feed. It does not care what is hooked up so long as it has matching ports.

PS4 has HDMI, this monitor has HDMI so yes you can run your PS4 through this monitor but you will need external speakers. Use HDMI port 2 on the monitor for 4K/UHD/HDR output from your PS4 (if you have a pro version.) Not sure what you're asking about wit the laptop. The PS4 HDMI port can plug directly into this monitor's HDMI port .
