As the monitor's resolution is 3840 x 2160, most computer is designed as an integrated graphic card in the mother board, so its resolution may be lower than the monitor. I guess you may need to get a special graphic card to achieve the purpose. If you have a computer with Integrated Intel® UHD Graphics or NVIDIA® Quadro RTX configuration, then you may fully use the resolution of the monitor without purchase additional graphic card. The best way is to ask your computer manufacturer for its existing graphic capability.
