If you purchased that Insignia Micro HDMI cable, that will not work because that cable has a transfer speed of 10.2 Gbps. You need one that can hit 48 Gbps. Best Buy does not offer a Micro HDMI 2.1 cable. You would need to buy one elsewhere. I bought the UGREEN cable from Amazon and it has worked perfectly.
