“I have a MacBook Pro and sometimes the monitor connects and sometimes it does not. I am using an HDMI connection I have tried multiple ways to connect. It is frustrating. Any suggestions ?”

Thank you for your question! This model has HDMI. If a user's MacBook Pro also has one, it will work with no issues. If it doesn't work, then it will need to be repaired.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t have a MBP so I can’t answer to the MBP’s performance. I have a HP640 docked and using this monitor. I have found the laptop cannot sync to the desired hz of the monitor when using an HDMI cable. When I use the display port the laptop can refresh at the desired hz and works fine.
