“If I connect my Playstation 4 how do I get sound from gaming. Do I sync a Bluetooth speaker to my ps4 or to the monitor. How would this work exactly. I imagine buying a seperate sound bar would suffice.”

You would need to buy a separate speaker. Monitor doesn't have speaker capability
