We're here to help with this! First, here is a link (https://bit.ly/3ohmjE9) to the user manual for this model. Page 36 has a diagram showing where each button is located on the control panel, and page 41 has instructions on how to change the freezer temperature setting. ^Jecca

Please follow the instructions in the product manual. I have not do any adjustments in my freeze because it was do it by the manufacturer.
