You can put custom panels, Chris; however, it might lead to your warranty being voided because it will fall under alteration of the unit. You can refer to the link below and check pages 76-78 (Limited Warranty) to learn more.

You can swap the panels with any of the panels Samsung sells for this model. I’ve already swapped out 2 for a pop of color. Very, very easy to change them out.
