A:AnswerHi there,
We appreciate you asking. Let us go ahead and check more details for you.
There is no section in the user manual that an alarm will go off if the water connection is disconnected.
Connect the water supply line to the refrigerator on pages 31 - 32.

A:AnswerColor on the pictures sometimes can be deceiving. I am happy to inform you that the sides of this Samsung refrigerator are dark gray and most refrigerators are. The front panel is stainless steel in color. The good thing about this model, it can be customized, and door panels can be changed. This is available in a variety of colors and finishes.
Thank you for choosing Samsung. Have a great day.

A:AnswerHi MJ,
Congratulations on your new Samsung refrigerator. For newly bought refrigerators and water filters, we recommend dispensing 2 to 3 gallons of water to flush the system.

A:AnswerGood day.
This is an excellent question!
To help promote better health, the water filter removes unwanted particles from your water, however, it does not sterilize or destroy microorganisms. You may need to purchase a water purification system to do that.
Our water filters are NSF*-certified to remove many contaminants. Herbicides, pesticides, lead, mercury, asbestos, and even pharmaceuticals like ibuprofen, carbamazepine, and a whole lot of other hard-to-pronounce chemicals are all filtered out by Samsung.
Feel free to reach out if you have questions or clarifications.
Have a wonderful day!

A:AnswerPage 70 of the user manual under “The Wi-Fi icon is blinking…” has instructions on how to turn off WiFi if you don’t want to use it. “Press and hold the O button for 10 seconds. The indicator stops blinking with “OFF” shown on the temperature display.”
A:AnswerHi GeeGee2000,
We appreciate your question about the internal water filter and your reverse osmosis compatibility.
Your home has a reverse osmosis filtration system, it is not necessary to use the refrigerator's internal water filter. Using both the reverse osmosis system and the internal water filter can cause the water pressure to drop, which may lead to slow water flow from the dispenser. If you do not want to use the internal water filter, you'll just need to remove the filter. No additional steps will be needed, as the filter housing has an automatic seal to prevent leaks.
