Why wouldn’t the knock feature be working? In the store if you knocked on the door you could see what was in the fridge. Now that I have the fridge that isn’t working. null

Look at the bottom of the top doors and you will see a 1.25" gray line and if you touch this the doors will open automatically.  You just need to bump it, and it will open.

You need to adjust the settings. You can do that in the menu on the right side of the fridge, or in the SmartThings app.
