A:AnswerStick your hand all the way to the back of the ice tray and see if there’s a wall of ice. When this happened to me once I loosened the solid block of ice I found a small chunk of foam. It started working again
A:AnswerCall customer support. They’ll get it all sorted out for you and send someone out if you’re still under your warranty and what not. They switched mine out completely because something was broken in the water filter area of my first one. It leaked water all over my kitchen floor so they sent guts out to look at it and they scheduled me for an exchange.
