A:AnswerIt doesn't show on this picture, but instead of handles, there is a LED type light just on the inside of the door ( not inside, just in the crease of both doors) that you just lightly touch and the door opens automatically. We have found this much easier than having a protruding handle.
If you want actual handles and without the dispenser and ice maker, you would have to search for a different model. Stick with the "bespoke" label with Samsung as it indicates a better Samsung product.

I have in the past with our original refrigerator usually when the freezer door isn't totally closed but with our new one, the door automatically closes. Maybe contact the manufacturer or Best Buy if you have protection on it. Maybe the temperature isn't set low enough in the freezer?
