• Cf591 has stereo speakers, has 1 display port, and the biggest difference is that cf591 is 27 inches instead of 24.

• The CF591 is 27" and has build-in speakers, the CF390 has no speakers. The question is do you believe the price you're paying is worth getting a built in speakers, or can you do you think it's worthing saving $ by getting your own external speakers? Frankly, I don't think it's worth it to get in the built in speakers, I can have external speakers.
