• No it doesn’t. My kids have it for the Xbox to play games. They even bought a keyboard and mouse. Just plug and play!

• This is a monitor, it is not a TV. It needs to get a video signal from something else. You could use Apple TV, ROKU, or Chromecast Good luck!
