My clothes frequently come out still dirty-- for example, with dirt, deodorant, powdered detergent or other marks still on them. What can I do to get them cleaner? I'm sorry to hear your clothes are not coming clean enough with the WA400PJHDWR. It's important to use the correct amount of HE detergent, and select the appropriate water temperature and other settings for the type of items you're washing. Overloading the washer can hinder its ability to wash all items thoroughly. Make sure the hot and cold water lines are connected properly and the inlet hose screens are clear and unobstructed, and load the clothes loosely in the machine.
