• Hi Shirley, We are here to answer your question about the rinse aid on this dishwasher. As per checking, there is no indication to check the remaining fluid. The indication is that when the Rinse Refill indicator lights up on the control panel, refill with rinse aid. Only use a liquid rinse aid. Powdered rinse aid will clog the compartment opening and cause the dishwasher to malfunction. Have a great day. Melardo
