It disconnects when the dishwasher turns off. Making it absolutely useless. You can pause it on wifi and that's it. Most useless function ever.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem but fixed it this morning by following the "offline Diagnostics" in the SmartThings app (under the Menu tab). I searched quite a bit, and there was not a lot of info online, but I want to clarify that this is not by design. I repeat: the Samsung Dishwasher is NOT designed to drop off once its power turns off automatically. My dishwasher has been staying online for the last 8 hours now. It was not running and its power was automatically turned off, but it is online.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I have to press and hold the smart button every time I start the wash if I want it monitored by the app. Otherwise, each time it turns off, it resets the "smart" connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This machine is a piece of crap on the wifi end, always having to reset
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had to once. Not sure what caused it, but it hasn't done it since. That was within the 1st week I had it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So just to be clear, everytime the dishwasher powers off, it doesn't disconnect from smart things? I have to manually power it back on every time in order for it to reconnect. If you go to my smart things app, the dishwasher says offline. When I manually power it on, it will reconnect to smart things on its own.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So far we have had no problem. Dishwasher tells us its done washing while we are at work about 12 miles away.
