Yes.. I just did. Very thin and very light. An easy install. You don't need expensive mounting hardware.

Sure. It has a slim profile. This should fit into a 3 1/2" stud wall with no problem with some air flow room behind it. I would not suggest doing this in an exterior wall, being that the insulation could cause over heating. The exterior wall needs to be insulated.
