A:Answer Extreme, I'd say yes.
I calibrated the Samsung using the DataColor Spyder Elite 4 . I was also able to closely match a Sony Bravio 40 and the Samsung 40 inch to be nearly, although not exactly matched. I did some Photoshop and Lightroom editing and will need print outs to see how closely the end results match what I see on the screen. Compared to the Sony, the Samsung has a slightly wider sRGB coverage. I think it was about 76% vs 72% coverage. Seeing details in a big size is a great asset for getting work done more efficiently. My video card is maxed out at the HD 1920 x 1080. Which means I get 1920 x 1080 on the Samsung. And I'll have to eventually upgrade to a UHD video card to see the max resolution on this Samsung. My eyes are about 29 inches distance from the monitor. I sit in a room with moderately bright filtered natural daylight.
As explained to Dsmall77 asking why his two Samsungs cannot be matched, I commented my TV shows are nearly identical in brightness and color after calibrating the Samsung and Sony 40 inch units.
