• Yes. I connect my Windows pc and Android phone to this TV all the time. If the TV and PC are on the same network, it's just a matter of connecting the device through Windows. Streaming or scrolls pictures on my phone; I just have to click the "mirror icon" that is usually in the upper right-hand corner.
