• No, there is only one number button to click which then prompts the number selection on the screen. Also, there is no mute button, you have to press down the volume button for mute. Just have to get use to it.

• You can buy a Samsung universal remote for Samsung smart TVs at many places including Amazon. They are quite cheap and work well , no programming required.
