“We have a Sonos Beam and we are using the HDMI ARC connection on the Samsung TV to connect it. The audio and visual are not synchronized. It appears that the audio is lagging the video. What can be done to adjust this?”

Hi Gloria, 1: Press the Home button on your TV remote control to bring up Settings. 2: Scroll down to the Sound tab and then select Expert Settings. 3: Scroll down and select Digital Audio Output Delay. 4: You will now be on a page with a slider on it to increase or decrease the digital audio output. ^Scott
