• Hi Mac, The Samsung TU690T is compatible with Spectrum TV and has a built-in Spectrum TV App. The Roku App is free to download but the subscription is based on Roku, not Samsung. ~Samsung Advisor

• The Roku Channel App is free. A Roku stick to use with your TV you must purchase separately. The Roku Stick has all of Roku's channels and their menu contained therein. Plugs into HDMI port on the TV.
