“Load noise when draining water right before spinning. Should the machine make a loud noise right before spin cycle while draining? Also when I had a load in it rinsed three times before it would finally finish, is this normal? Some of my clothes still smell dirty why is it doing that?”

I don't think it should be making a loud noise. My machine is super quiet, and my clothes always smell fresh. Maybe, it's your detergent or how you're using the detergent. Also, it could depend on what settings you're selecting for each load.
