“Is it comfortable to cook at the stovetop while the oven is on? I read a handful of reviews where people complained they became uncomfortably hot trying to cook at the stovetop while the oven was also in operation because of a heat that blasts out from under the panel straight at you. Not that many people mentioned or seemed bothered by this but there were some who brought it up. Is it comfortable to stand at the stove and cook if oven is in use? Thanks.”

Hi Shaz, It's true that the NX58F5700WS oven vents from under the right side of the control panel, but it vents downward. If you're using the cook top, it isn't likely you'd be close enough to the vent to be effected by it since the lit burners would be between you and the vent. That said, it's advisable to use caution since the surfaces near the vent may be hot to the touch. Thanks for your question! Ms. Samsung
