• Thanks for the question. Samsung recommends cleaning the stainless steel cook top surface of the NX58F5700WS with warm, soapy water and a soft, damp cloth. • Yes clean with soap and water and dry with soft cloth. I also use stainless spray cleaner and paper towels to give it the shine it deserves.

• A number of brands sell stainless steel wipes or a spray that you wipe on, let sit for a few seconds and then buff off. Seems to work nicely on mine.
