• The NX58H5650WS oven can be set between 150°F and 550°F, though the Bread Proof feature actually sets the temperature to below 100°F. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

• The low is 150 for sure & the high is maybe 550? I set the oven to 550 & it started to preheat without canceling it.
