“Does the clock keep time if the electricity goes off and comes back on? Will the oven then cook to the preset time if this happens? We live in an area where the electricity may flicker off and on or may go out just for a few minutes. If we have preset the oven to cook while we are gone and this happens we just wonder if it will continue or the meal will not be cooked.”

• Does not keep the clock on, it is powered only by the power line, ther is no battery. My wife use one of those old fashion clock timer besides just in case.
