yes it has a time bake option not sure if it turns on but does turn off automatically

I believe you are referring to the Sabbath function. This allows one to program the start and stop time (pg 53 owner's manual). The following is a condensed version of the instructions:
Press BAKE, Press desired temperature, Press COOKING TIME pad, press desired cooking time, When START indicator blinks, set length of time before start, press START.

yes it has time bake on and off at the times you set it at
