QuestionOn the Samung oven model NX58H5600SS, how large is the recess on the back for the gas line. We have an old oven with a large recess in the back and the gas line comes out of the wall kind of high up, do we need to lower the gas line?

- Answer I haven't had my range long enough for the grates to rust, but I clean them with a damp sponge, and they dry immediately.

QuestionI just installed a new Samsung nx58h5600ss stove , I installed the App conversion kit orifices , and flipped the spud in the regulator , when I try and light a stove top burner , it lights , but quickly goes out , any suggestions ?

- Answer Hi, got my stove and had it installed right after new year's. I looked on-line at Amazon and found Weiman Gas Range Cleaner & Degreaser. So far it has worked very good. You could also try the Samsung Stove Protectors - Stove Top Protector for Samsung Gas Ranges - Ultra Thin Easy Clean Stove Liner by StoveGuard. Got this at Amazon also. Just enter your model number. It works great for keeping the burner section clean. Just remove and wash with mild soap and water. Good luck and enjoy your new stove.

- Answer I had the same concern. The range just fit into my 30"-wide space with less than an inch to spare. There is a delivery/installation/removal service--for a price.
