QuestionMy oven is locked . I think it is the child lock that I activated by mistake. How do I turn it off to open my oven?

QuestionHas anyone tried the bracket that goes onto the grate that holds a wok, for cooking stir-fry, etc? Samsung model # NX58M6650WS has it included. Does it work? And what is the part # for the wok bracket?

QuestionThis is my 3rd stove in my house and this one is the only one that I cannot push all the way back to the wall (or even close). I don't like that I have 2 inches of open space behind stove. What am I doing wrong? Catches on pipe.

- Answer My range sits approximately 1-3/4" away from the wall installed. I actually prefer a little clearance for air circulation, especially when the self cleaning oven is running. The installation manual for this stove does show the ideal location for the gas pipe/line. I have a flexible gas line, so it does have some wiggle room.

- Answer Including the oven handle (center), my stove measures 28-1/4" away from the wall. The clearance I have from the wall to the back of the stove is approximately 1-3/4" installed. Hope this helps!

QuestionWe've been very pleased with this range in the 9 months since we purchased it. But, in the last month or so, the touch control panel has become unresponsive for several minutes and attempts at turning on the oven. Also, the panel starts up on its own.

QuestionCould this stove work as an air fryer?

- Answer I believe it could be used that way with the convection feature. I would still place the items I wanted to "air fry" in one of the metal basket style containers which are sold to do just this - air fry in a conventional oven. Should work very well using the convection oven feature. Have not tried this (although I actually have one of these baskets) because I have an air fryer and use the air fryer as it uses less energy and much less overall heat in the kitchen.

QuestionHi my new range was delivered Friday and I love it! Just one small issue..... does the entire back control panel luminate or just the small center part where the clock is? The words are really hard unless I turn on a light.

- Answer Like any basic kitchen stove, it doesn't have to be, and you can get by with a recirculating type hood vent. Your just going to be limited to how much smoke or steam you generate while cooking.
